Abusive users may be blocked

We reserve the right to permanently block/ban/suspend any user that posts abusive content, threats, intimidation, harassment, insulting/disrespectful content, sexist content, defamatory content, scams, spam/junkmail/advertising, harmful content, misleading information, incorrect information, entrapment attempts, stalking, ragebait, illegal content, or anything else that violates our terms and conditions according to our sole judgement alone. We may also remove the offending content in addition to (or instead of) blocking the offending user.

We also reserve the right to block users/accounts that we believe are most likely circumventions that violate Substack's rules: “Don't create accounts for the sole purpose of circumventing boundaries like blocks and bans imposed by other users.” Prohibited circumvention includes recruiting friends to engage in harassment or bullying of any disliked user or author.
