Sex with alpha males is MUCH better
Evolution is the cause of this.
In general, women strongly favor alpha males and independent males over beta males. Now before you get angry at women and become an incel or a misogynist, keep in mind that it is not only women that do this.
The entire human society (including men) dislikes or disrespects beta males. Even beta males dislike other beta males. Nobody truly respects beta males. A beta male even dislikes himself (low self-esteem).
Before we discuss this in detail, we need to clarify the terminology.
The difference between an alpha male and an independent male
The definition of an alpha male varies. Sometimes people include independent males in the definition of alpha male, and sometimes people view these as separate categories.
An independent male has no beta males serving him. He has nobody above or below him. Examples of independent males include:
A freelancer.
A consultant.
An author.
An architect.
An electrician.
A carpenter.
A lawyer (if not working in a law firm).
Some small business owners.
A man that inherited enough wealth to never need employment.
And others.
A dentist or a medical doctor in his own private practice would be classified as an alpha male, because he employs assistants and/or a receptionist.
In a corporation, the executives are alphas, and the rest of the employees are betas. Although a team leader or a middle-manager has staff members below him, he is not their employer, therefore he is a beta male, albeit a higher-ranked beta male.
The less independent a man is, and the less self-determination he has, and the more subservient and obedient he is, the more of a beta male he is.
The evolution of female sexual attraction
It is important to understand that most women (or maybe all women) evolved to strongly favor getting fucked and impregnated by an alpha male or an independent male and not a beta male, because beta males had multiple disadvantages on average:
Lower genetic quality (on average), such as reduced health, endurance, and virility.
Less ability to protect a pregnant woman and her children from thieves, murderers, etc.
Fewer resources to support and nourish a family.
Less determination, persistence, ambition, and courage.
In ancient times, humans lived in tribes. A tribe consisted of up to 40 or 50 people led by a strong masculine alpha male. Every woman in the tribe dreamed of being the alpha male’s partner, but this was impossible, because the tribe contained perhaps 10 to 25 women and only one alpha male.
Consequently, women were left with no choice other than to partner with beta males in the tribe. However, they still wished for the alpha male. The alpha male had sex with multiple women in the tribe, and he did not form a monogamous relationship with them, and he did not fall in love with them.
Alternatively, it is possible that some tribes were led by a mated pair consisting of an alpha male and an alpha female (similar to a king and a queen). In this case, the alpha male favored the alpha female and had a relationship with her (and only her), but he still had occasional casual sex with the beta females in the tribe.
Women evolved to get pregnant more easily and more often when having sex with the alpha male than with any beta male. As a result of this evolution, sex with an alpha male is more likely to lead to the woman having an orgasm and desiring more sex with this man. This increases the chance of getting pregnant from alpha males.
In addition, women evolved to feel more strongly attracted to alpha males during the fertile/ovulatory phase of their menstrual cycle, causing fertile women to seek sex with the alpha male on these days, causing an increased probability of getting impregnated by the alpha male.
A woman’s sexual attraction to an alpha male operates without love. The subconscious goal is to get impregnated by a high-quality man regardless of whether he loves her or she loves him.
My sexual experiences
When I got fucked by an alpha male (actually an independent male) for the first time in my life, it was a mind-blowing experience. I was in ecstasy for multiple reasons:
I did not know or expect it to be better, and so the surprise of it intensified the thrill.
It was really much better than sex with a beta male.

Then I would normally get much more pleasure and enjoyment from the sex with the alpha or independent male regardless of the lack of love. Ideally I would seek to create a monogamous loving relationship with the independent male, but my enjoyment of the sex begins immediately (prior to love), and it exceeds any sex with any beta male.
Alpha widows
Some guys invented the term “alpha widow”. This means a woman that has experienced sex with an alpha male (or an independent male), and therefore she knows how much better it is, but then for some reason she loses access to the alpha male and cannot find a replacement.
An alpha widow tries hard to replace her lost alpha male, but she may struggle if she is unattractive or too old, or if she has an obnoxious personality, or if the alpha males in the area are already married to other women and do not want to risk destroying their marriage/family.
If an alpha widow cannot replace her lost alpha male, then she will either decide to have no sex at all, or she may eventually downgrade to a beta male for reasons of companionship. Either way, she will experience much reluctance and disappointment.
I would be an alpha widow if I ever lost access to alpha males and independent males. Ever since I got fucked by an independent male for the first time, I have never gone back to any beta male.
I cannot go back. The difference is huge. After experiencing sex with an alpha or independent male, the idea of sex with a beta male makes me think, “Why bother? Not worth it.”

The dual-mating strategy of X% of women
Women want to mate with alpha males or independent males, but this is difficult, because the number of women greatly exceeds the number of alpha males and independent males.
Evolution created a weird workaround that scientists call “the dual-mating strategy” of women. Some percentage of women have inherited this mechanism. During the infertile days of their menstrual cycle (most days), they actually feel most attracted to beta males with reduced masculinity.
Yes, you read that correctly. Those women prefer to make a relationship with a beta male, not with an alpha male.
However, during the few fertile days of their menstrual cycle, their preference flips completely, and they feel strongly attracted to alpha males and repulsed by beta males. When their fertile days pass, they revert back to feeling more attracted to beta males.
This temporary reversal of attraction occurs approximately once per month (the average length of a menstrual cycle is 28 days, ranging from 21 to 35 days).
The subconscious goal is cuckoldry: Without even realizing what she is doing, this type of woman aims to get impregnated by a high-quality masculine alpha male while having a relationship with a kind supportive beta male (such as a “nice guy”). This beta male is partially effeminate or noticeably less masculine than the alpha male.
Only a certain percentage of women have this cuckoldry behavior. I belong to the percentage of women that did NOT inherit the dual-mating / cuckoldry strategy. Throughout my entire menstrual cycle, I always feel more attracted to alpha and independent males than beta males.
During my fertile days, I simply feel even more strongly attracted to alpha and independent males than during my non-fertile days. My preference is stable and does not switch back-and-forth between alpha and beta.
Hormonal contraception badly disrupts sexual attraction
Note that hormonal contraception tends to disrupt and alter women’s preferences for men in a very bad way, including causing women to favor incompatible immune systems (MHC) in men, leading to having less healthy children.
In addition, hormonal contraception can cause other bad side-effects such as reduced motivation/drive, reduced cognitive function, and increased risk of depression. For most women, non-hormonal contraception is far better, but ask a gynecologist for advice for your individual circumstances.
